KEEP IN MIND: Each piece of wood is one of a kind, making no two boards alike. Due to the grain of the bamboo, there may be some engraving in light and dark areas.

CARE: Hand wash with warm water and light soap and dry immediately. Use mineral oil after washing and drying to keep it looking like new.

Variations may include light, or dark colored areas, knots and other natural imperfections. We do not refund, or exchange for any of the above reasons. When you purchase, you agree to these conditions.

Please check listings, or the shop announcement for up to date production times. Weekend/holidays are not included.

Upgrading your shipping does not speed up the processing time.

Please message us if the item is needed by a certain date. We will do our best to accomodate your request. We are unable to rush orders during the holiday season.

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped USPS. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email from Etsy with your USPS tracking number. We are not responsible for any delays due to USPS.
