What is your current turnaround time?

From the time your order is placed, our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Once shipped, orders typically take 2-5 days to arrive via USPS. 

Can my order be rushed? 

During the holiday season we are unable to rush orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout once the item is added to your cart. 

 Do you offer discounts/coupon codes?

Do you take custom orders? 

We love custom orders! Send us an email with what you have in mind and we will work with you to create a one of kind piece. 

SHIPPING + RETURNS

How much is shipping? 

We currently offer free shipping on all orders. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge. 

Do you accept returns and exchanges? 

We do accept returns on any item that is not personalized within 14 days of delivery. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If an item arrives damaged, please send us an email with a picture and we will be happy to replace it. 

We will send replacement items if they arrive damaged, lost in transit, or an error on our behalf. 

Do you ship internationally? 

At this time, we only ship to the United States.
